Archiving Policy

All articles published in Constitutional Review are archived and preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), an archiving service developed and maintained by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) to support the long-term preservation of scholarly publications. Operating through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, the PKP PN provides a dependable digital preservation infrastructure that is decentralized and distributed. Through this system, the journal ensures that all published articles remain securely stored and accessible over time, including in the event of technological failures or other unforeseen disruptions. In addition, the PKP PN facilitates seamless access to preserved content while safeguarding the integrity and authenticity of each article’s original version. This preservation mechanism thereby ensures that the academic record remains intact and available for future generations of researchers, practitioners, and the broader public.
